THE DOGS FROLLOCKS IS A BOUTIQUE SERVICE OFFERING:
DOG ADVENTURES, DOGGY DAYCARE & BOARDING
From the earliest days of my childhood, I have shared my life with dogs, growing up alongside Great Danes and discovering a lifelong passion for their companionship. As a young adult, I extended this devotion to helping dogs in need, working with The Dogs Trust to provide care and support for rescued animals.
My love for rescue dogs eventually led me abroad to Brazil, where I volunteered with Dogs in Brazil, a charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives of rescued dogs. There, I contributed to awareness campaigns, helping the charity expand its facilities to provide a safe and nurturing environment for an ever-growing number of dogs.
After a 29-year career as a TV Producer, I made the conscious choice to leave the corporate world behind and dedicate my life entirely to the wellbeing of dogs. Today, I combine experience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to provide exceptional care, ensuring each dog I look after feels safe, happy, and cherished.
I am fully insured through Pet Business Insurance, DBS-checked, and hold a certificate in Canine First Aid, ensuring your dog is in safe and professional hands.
My dog walking service caters to a carefully managed group, with each dog spending 2.5 to 3 hours out of the house from pick-up to drop-off. During this time, we enjoy woodland adventures, giving dogs a balanced mix of exercise, play, exploration, and socialisation, with breaks to ensure they remain happy, comfortable, and stimulated. I pick up your pooch and take them out on one of my adventures in the morning or afternoon — whichever suits you best. And it’s far more than a walk; it really is an adventure! We roam woodlands across North London, letting dogs chase balls, explore scents, jump in rivers, and feel the earth beneath their paws. Favourite destinations include Trent Park, Forty Hall Estate, Grovelands, Whitewebbs, and Hampstead Heath, where they can run freely in expansive open spaces and splash in the water if they wish.
Group ball games, interactive play, and opportunities for socialisation are built into every adventure, providing both physical exercise and mental enrichment. From start to finish, every dog in my care receives attentive, personalised guidance, ensuring they return home happy, fulfilled, and thoroughly loved.
For those looking for a full-day experience, my daycare service offers six hours of care, combining morning and afternoon adventures. Between pick-ups and drop-offs for different groups, dogs rest comfortably in the car, ensuring they are recharged and ready for the next adventure — before returning home happy, stimulated, and contentedly dog-tired.
I provide a drop-off and pick-up service to make it really convenient. My co-worker Myrtle is a feisty, no-nonsense dachshund with a BIG personality and will keep all dogs – and humans – in check. When your dog comes home, I guarantee they will have been stimulated, exercised and well loved!
